As part of this position, you will provide guidance to individuals seeking employment, helping them make informed decisions and overcome obstacles. Your responsibilities will also include offering direct case management services, assisting in setting employment goals, and creating personalized employment plans. You will lead teams at Pennsylvania CareerLink, handle intake services, and monitor the progress of job seekers. Moreover, you will address any issues that may hinder program participation and provide follow-up support as necessary. Lastly, you will conduct orientation sessions to familiarize job seekers and employers with the services offered by Pennsylvania CareerLink and partner agencies.
