Job Description

Nokia of America Corporation, CNS GBC CN Svcs Pre-Sales Consultant (Multiple Positions), Bellevue, WA.

SALARY RANGE: $178,571- $244,586 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)


Perform e2e complex customized solution design and maintain the regional and customer architecture specific knowledge. Design the identification and specification of complex business solutions in complex customer environment. Use solution architecture tools and methodologies for the development of customer solutions and provide cross business unit coordination of solution development or definition. Define the technical strategy towards the designated customer(s), requirements, and needs in close collaboration with the respective customer teams and market solution team. Develop and maintain technical and business skills demanded by a solution architect, including detailed knowledge of network and IT technologies. Design and improve customer or Nokia Solutions IT/Telco architecture. Capture and analyze the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices and create/contribute to customer requirement summaries for solution development use.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Services and Solutions including 4G/5G Core; Design, and implementation of wireless network services; IP Multiple Subsystem (IMS), Subscriber data management (SDM), Home Subscriber (HSS), or Home Location Register (HLR); Network Exposure Function (NEF), VoLTE, VNF Onboarding, or CI/CD pipeline; Test Automation; E2E services integration; Cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25%.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA may be permitted up to 25%.
