Product Enablement equips internal sales, marketing, and customer support teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively understand, promote, and support our drayage (First Mile) product. It empowers the teams to deliver value to customers, achieve sales targets, and drive product adoption within the first-mile opportunities.Keyaspects of product enablement: training and education, sales enablement, marketing enablement, customer support enablement, continuous updates, and communications.

In this role:

• You will develop and implement comprehensive training and education programs for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• You willcoordinate and oversee the creation of sales and marketing enablement materials.
• You willfacilitate continuous updates and communications to align all teams with the latest product developments.
• You willserve as a leading expert within your field, influencing long-term tactical decisions and improving project management capabilities.
• You willroutinely apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex business issues within established practices and procedures.

What you bring:

• Possess deep functional knowledge and experience in product enablement or a closely related field.
• Skilled in project management and able to effectively influence others.
• Capable of handling complex situations independently but knowing when to seek guidance on more challenging or atypical issues.
• Understand the overall business landscape and the interdependencies between various functions.
• Ready to lead and be accountable for the performance and results of teams, including less experienced professionals and support staff.
