Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, drafting, and negotiating specific reimbursement contracts with all non-hospital institutional (ancillary) providers for all lines of business statewide. Acts as a contact for provider questions and resolves issues regarding contracts and reimbursement forwarded by provider relations and the FSUs.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree in business.
*2 years experience in a managed care environment, including contracting and/or reimbursement experience.
*Knowledge of the provider community and managed care.
*Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*Knowledge of provider contracting methodology and payor roles, responsibilities and challenges.
*Understanding of health care financing, access issues, delivery systems, quality controls, and related healthcare legislation.
*Experience with negotiating contracts and payment methodology knowledge.
*Experience with Single Case Agreement negotiations.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Salesforce knowledge
*Contract Management System knowledge
*Proficient in Excel and Word (redline)

* This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
