- 1-3 Years' experience at an Ad technology or Marketing company
- Prior operational/implementation experience with, but not limited to, the following is a plus:
- Social Media Platform Syndications
- Data Management or Customer Data Platforms
- LiveRamp
- The Trade Desk
- Self Service User Interfaces
- Multi-Touch Attribution
- Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

- Translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows
- Assist Product, Engineering, and Account teams in the architecture, planning, and governance of new and existing projects
- Will need to be a self-starter and be able to work in a team of employees with different disciplines in a fast-paced agile development environment
- Will serve as post-sales technical subject matter expert to help drive adoption, utilization, and ROI through innovation in data-driven marketing tactics
- Must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and will deliver market feedback from customers to product/engineering

Pay Scale Information :The salary range for this position is $69,690.00 - $114,400.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s).
