Job Description

ISN is seeking an individual that will support Business Development and corporate operations, focusing on proposal pricing and project finance management.

Pricing Duties:

  • Manage all pricing functions and assigned reporting responsibilities
  • Oversee cost analysis and estimating for major bids
  • Develop flexible financial models for cost proposals and decision-making
  • Prepare cost volume narratives and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals
  • Provide strategic insights for achieving Price To Win (PTW) targets
  • Develop Forward Pricing Rate proposals

Reporting Duties:

  • Design and implement budget and planning tools/processes using applications like Excel, Access, and Cognos
  • Maintain Financial System (Deltek Costpoint) budget modules for standard variance reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of management reports on costs and budgets
  • Support audit requests related to pricing and costing
  • Collaborate with internal departments on special projects
  • Maintain cash flow forecasting models

Technical Management Artifacts:

  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, reports, and artifacts for program operations
  • Collaborate with program managers and technical teams for effective decision-making

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in program performance
  • Deliver comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement

Program Support:

  • Support planning, monitoring, and execution of program activities
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 5-8 years in Federal Government proposals and project life cycle
  • Costpoint 7.1.1 experience
  • In-depth knowledge of contract types
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
