What's the role?

We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The assistant will perform legal and administrative support duties requiring organization, time management, proofreading and document production skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, executing documents, scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars and CLE, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenditures, maintaining files, and creating presentations. Client service is your highest priority.

  • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Legal administrative or executive assistant experience a plus!

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$22.88

Pay Range - End:

$42.50
