EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with completion of some college level studies preferred. Minimum three to five years commercial or consumer loan experience preferred. PC proficiency in a Windows environment, particularly EXCEL and Word, required. Previous customer service experience of at least one year. Understanding of commercial loan products, deposit products, as well as other bank products and services preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, both orally and in writing, to commercial lenders, managers, clients, etc.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to comprehend and apply basic accounting principles.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PERSONAL AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS
Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.

The range is driven by the geographic location of our estimated hiring location; however, the specific range may vary depending on the geographic location for remote positions.
