Maintenance Management Analyst

As a Maintenance Management Analyst, you'll bring your experience with applying analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness or organizational productivity to work on projects for our defense mission client. You'll serve as a technical expert in Marine Corps maintenance management lifecycles to support procedural equipment maintenance oversight, accountability, and material readiness. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and emerging Service concepts to assist our client in the planning and execution of new equipment fielding, equipment divestments, and predictive exercise support equipment maintenance requirements.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with United States Marine Corps Maintenance Management at the battalion, regimental, of general officer level staff
  • Experience with supply and logistics systems such as the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
  • Experience with maintenance administration procedures, policies, and directives
  • Knowledge of Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) planning requirements, including Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) validation
  • Knowledge of logistics and readiness United States Marine Corps readiness orders and directives
  • Ability to facilitate materiel readiness briefs, including input to and analysis of the Defense Readiness Reporting System, and conduct and assist maintenance efforts
  • Ability to advise on the planning, coordination, and facilitation of maintenance stand downs and inspection preparation
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience serving with the Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group
  • Experience with all Logistics Command (LOGCOM) managed portals and databases
  • Experience with training development and mentoring, team building, policy implementation, budget or materiel management, and records management
  • Experience with organizational maintenance management in the Indo-Pacific area of operations
  • Knowledge of the Field Supply and Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) inspection program

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
