We are looking for a Localization Account Manager in our Long Beach Office
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 a year

JOB SUMMARY and RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to work on several big-name accounts in connection with our advertising agency (designory and eg+) clients and direct global clients. The main focus of the role is managing translation projects. You will oversee work in many languages (often at the same time), and manage relationships both with clients and copywriters/translators. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing client relations, both written and by phone
• Anticipating client needs and being proactive
• Providing quotes, timelines and guidance to clients for projects
• Managing communications and deadlines for translators/copywriters
• Review and edit translations produced by copywriters in your native language

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 5 years of experience in localization project management
• Skilled linguist with excellent English AND must have professional native fluency in at least one other language
  
• Experience in a CAT tool and Translation Management Software
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Methodical approach techniques
