Job Description

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced VP, Business Development & Hotel Transitions leader that will assist in driving growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and expanding our portfolio As a corporate office Associate you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Leveraging your extensive experience in the hospitality industry, you will lead initiatives to secure new management contracts, foster partnerships, and contribute to the overall success and market positioning of the company. The position will support the Chief Investment Officer in activities including acquisitions, new development, acquiring management contracts, and ground-up development projects. Working with a multidisciplinary team (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) the VP, Business Development & Hotel Transitions will develop new relationships with ownership groups as well as oversee the transition team to ensure seamless execution with clients. The position will also include responsibility for opening newly developed hotels, typically commencing six months prior to the anticipated hotel opening date. The duties require oversight, collaboration and cooperation with the development team including ownership, hotel brand, and the hotel operating disciplines within Twenty Four Seven Hotels to ensure a successful opening of the hotel. The position will report to the Chief Investment Officer of the Company with a "dotted line" reporting to EVP of Operations with respect to Hotel Openings.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

10 + years hospitality experience, analyst, brokerage, operations

Experience in hotel financial modeling and familiarity with hotel P&L's

Experience in sales, investment sales, brokerage a plus

Experience with western states hospitality markets, in particular CA and TX

Location southern California preferred.
