Utilize your expertise while growing your career as an Accounting Clerk with our Accounting and Finance department at Venice Family Clinic. With guidance and supervision from the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerkwill be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department by accurately and timely maintaining cash receipts from all sources, filing and scanning documents, and accurately entering information into the Accounting system.

Salary range: $24.57 - $34.87 Hourly


Qualifications

Required:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload to optimize efficiency and complete assignments on schedule
  • Interpersonal skills; ability to interact and work professionally and diplomatically with persons of diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds
  • Ability to shift priorities to respond to change in business requirements and/or deadlines
  • Ability to perform quality work demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field and experience working in an accounting department.
