Position: Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid-remote)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Employment: Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire, Full-Time

OVERVIEW:
A global distributor of aerospace parts in Torrance, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative. The role involves account management and business development, focusing on both domestic and international clients. Key responsibilities include promoting company products and services, visiting customers, generating quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese (business level - speaking, reading, and writing) and have at least 4 years of sales experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
Visit customer sites to promote products and services to existing and potential customers.
Research market products and pricing, analyze RFQ history, and plan strategic approach to customers.
Create and provide quotes based on market data and trends.
Identify and establish key customer accounts via phone calls and emails.
Submit sales reports, attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Troubleshoot customer claims and collaborate with stakeholders to seek solutions.
Schedule appointments with clients and prospective customers via phone calls or emails.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual Fluency in both Japanese and English.
4 or more years of sales experience.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Aviation industry experience is a plus.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
