We're seeking a highly motivated and results oriented sales leader to help drive pipeline growth with both net new customers and our current customer base. This role will be instrumental in helping ISS achieve its net new revenue goals. You'll contribute by helping develop pipeline individually and by managing an outsourced lead generation company. Additionally, you'll have the responsibility to directly uncover and nurture a sales pipeline leading to successfully closing net new revenue.
Responsibilities- Help ISS grow its' revenue and customer base within strategic verticals
- Partner with global sales team to provide net new appointments
- Work with existing customer base to grow their overall revenue. This could be through expanding their current product deployment, uncovering new use cases, adding additional ISS products, or selling into new business units
- Assist with customer advocacy as needed to ensure company set retention rates and customer satisfaction
- Managed outsourced lead generation team to meet, ISS set, new appointment targets
- Report weekly statistics to ISS leadership
- Refine messaging, product positioning, and execution as needed to reach new appointment targets
- Provide enablement as needed on ISS products as needed
- Maintain sufficient pipeline to meet sales target
- Report weekly sales and pipeline metrics to management

Compensation:$100,000 to $225,000
