The Clinic Manager (Multi-Specialty) is responsible for the managerial and administrative functions of a healthcare clinic with a focus on optimal patient outcomes. This will include, but is not limited to all supervision, daily operations, human resource management, and revenue cycle. Oversees the care and management of leads, front office representatives, medical assistants, technicians, professionally licensed providers, and patient care coordinators. Has administrative oversight for mid-level providers and staff physicians for timekeeping, scheduling, etc. Additionally, supports providers, and guides the team to ensure timely access to care and high-quality services. Takes initiative and shapes program direction through strategic networking, and collaboration.
