Position Overview:

Ameresco currently has an opportunity for a Marketing and Research Associate to join the East Projects Team. This position is based out of our HQ in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and update energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other related news and industry trends for incorporation into business offerings. Perform market assessments to identify competitive landscape, activity level, and business potential. Assist in generating regional marketing campaigns, provide feedback and insight on campaign templates and deliverables based on market research and assessments.

• Identify, detail, support and attend / participate in local and regional industry, marketing, conference, and press events. Provide deliverables for on-site events and oversee communication with event and membership organizations.

• Partner with Business Development and Project Engineers to produce marketing and presentation materials for customer meetings, seminars, and conferences. Partner with Corporate Marketing team to develop regional sales and marketing project material.

• Assist with development of internal electronic energy efficiency and renewable technology project database and catalogue of past, current, and future project opportunities. Assist with sales and development reporting, including use of the company CRM system. Assist in cultivating new avenues of proposal lead development.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sustainability, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' professional work experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Advanced MS Office proficiency; experience with Salesforce CRM.

• Demonstrate industry knowledge, including RFP/RFQ proposal exposure desirable.

• Superior organizational, project, time management, and resource planning skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, computer and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting.

• Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
