This opportunity is in the Client Engagement Department.

The Client Engagement department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our broker and TPA clients. We work to cultivate relationships, maximize operational opportunities, and drive collaboration and communication. We specialize in assisting and delivering optimized solutions that meet our clients' dynamic needs while exceeding expectations and providing value.

Role Description:

In the role of Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise level engagement with Safety National clients, brokers, and TPA partners for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Safety National Service capabilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as Client Engagement Manager will include:

  • Facilitating interactions with other departments within Safety National and being a point of contact to address client needs.
  • Tracking all issues to conclusion and maintaining a client system of record for documenting all activities to capture a comprehensive view of client engagement.
  • Assisting in oversight of TPA relationship including client and broker interactions.
  • Working with Client Engagement Analysts in the implementation of client engagement activities associated with account onboarding, account stewardship, internal account team strategy discussions, and client-specific matters requiring support and issue resolution.
  • Participating in regional industry conferences that serve to raise the Company's profile.
  • Demonstrating thought leadership through participation in Safety National webinars and other events.
  • Up to 50% travel required to interact with clients and colleagues.

  • Advanced organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills. This person must be able to work comfortably with a variety of internal and external audiences.
  • The ability to support and contribute to a team environment by demonstrating leadership and becoming a trusted departmental resource and client advocate.
  • Advanced presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required Bachelor's Degree and/or experience as listed below.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years property & casualty insurance or relevant corporate client facing sales experience. Preferably with risk management or claims experience in Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto or General Liability.
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite applications, digital communication platforms, public speaking composure and experience with data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry designations including AIC, ARM, AINS, CSP, CPCU and AIS preferred or other related industry designations.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
