C & G is seeking a Senior Cost Realism Analyst to support the Government to establish and evaluate Shipbuilders' rates, resolve accounting issues, and determine allow ability.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and evaluate Shipbuilders' rates, resolve accounting issues, and determine allowability.

A strong contractual, technical, production control, and program management background is expected.

Individual must have the ability to understand and evaluate technical and engineering changes and clearly articulate and document issues into Technical Advisory Reports (TAR).
Education/ Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

15 years professional experience
-
15 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment experience preferred.

Valuing, negotiating, and settling Shipbuilders’ claims, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REA), and disputes. Strong contractual, technical, production control, and program management background preferred.
