The primary focus of this role is establishing relationships with potential clients and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients as a means of identifying, developing and securing profitable business opportunities for the company.  You will collaborate directly with multiple team members at Stamm (Media Development, Technicians & Sales Team) to ensure our clients business needs & requirements are met and exceeded.  Stamm Media’s motto is doing Whatever It Takes – and we live and breathe by that. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Build on existing client relationships by developing need for additional, broader scope of services/new concepts
  • Identifying prospective clients, developing sales strategies and goals
  • Working with prospective clients to determine needs and develop offering/services
  • Preparing proposals and negotiation with perspective clients
  • Functioning as liaison with client/internal resources, managing client expectations and communicating requirements/details to appropriate resources and teams within Stamm Media
  • With Stamm Media’s resources partially project manage work flow, on-site build and development
  • Ensure proper invoicing and payment procedures are executed
  • Keep current on event designs, new technology & industry trends
  • A minimum of (2) years experience in sales (preferably event sales) and/or customer service
  • Proven ability to identify and persuade decision makers & a proven track record of successful sales development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building
  • Must be organized, detailed, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with clients who are under pressure/deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, and good driving record is required
  • Ability to Carry 50 pounds
  • Audio Visual and IT knowledge a plus, but not required
