Warehouse Technician

Job Description
General Description:
Under the general supervision of the DME Manager, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for fulfilling The Sleep Wellness Institute mission, vision and values. Responsibilities include receiving inventory and stocking in appropriate locations in the warehouse, managing and maintaining basic facility needs in coordination with repair vendors, and completing delivery and pick up of supplies and inventory from remote locations .
Key Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the DME Manager, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for fulfilling The Sleep Wellness Institute mission, vision and values. Responsibilities include receiving inventory and stocking in appropriate locations in the warehouse, managing and maintaining basic facility needs in coordination with repair vendors, and completing delivery and pick up of supplies and inventory from remote locations .
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inventory using company software system and stocks appropriately in the warehouse
- Manage and maintain facility issues, general cleaning
- Accompanying vendors during inpections and visits
- Drive Company vehicle to make deliveries to and pick-ups from remote sites (frequency based on need)
- Process returned equipment, clean, disinfect, test, package, and send to manufacturer for repair
- Able to lift packages and laundry bags up to 80 lbs.
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license with good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a warehouse setting and managing related task and responsibilities
- Organizational skills to maintain clean, orderly warehouse
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to learn basic operation of CPAP machines and related supplies
- Flexiblity; willing and able to rearrange daily responsibilities as business necessitates
